Meet our Counselor

I am excited to be starting my 2nd year in Little Elm. I graduated with my degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University in 2004. Immediately following, I began my career teaching 3rd grade in Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD, which is also where I attended school. In 2011, I completed my Masters in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University. This will be my 13th year as an elementary school counselor and 21st year in education. I have a wonderful husband, Cody, and two children. In my free time I love to travel, shop, spend time at our lakehouse and eat delicious Tex-Mex! I look forward to a wonderful school year serving the Chavez FamiLE.
